RLS Corporate property is private and visits are by invitation only. Fellow live steamers and those truly interested in the live steam and model railroading hobby are welcome. RLS is a non-profit organization and will work with other non-profit organizations dedicated to further the awareness of our railroad heritage. We are in the process of extending our mainline by an additional 2,700 feet. We also have a 180 foot, 3 track loop of elevated Gauge 1 and G-Gauge. Stationary and steam traction engines are also welcome. Please use the contact information provided on this website if you wish to schedule a visit to Ridge Lines Railroad.

RLS Winter Meet The RLS Winter Meet pictures are finally here. Some of you may have noticed we had a few "technical difficulties" with our website recently. While no one could tell us what happened, we finally got the issue resolved and hopefully it won't happen again. Now that the "difficulties" are behind us, we can finally get the pictures posted.
For the most part, the weather was pretty comfortable. We had some "liquid sunshine" in the afternoons but it didn't stop anyone from having a good time. There were lots of people, lots of trains and lots of fun. The pot luck dinner on Friday night was delicious as always with lots of variety. Thanks to everyone who brought a dish to share. The banquet was really nice and the food there was great too. The door prizes were plentiful this year with every table getting at least one prize. Thanks to all those who donated. Finally, the Ridge Live Steamers would like to thank all of the volunteers who worked hard each day to make this years event a sucess. Thank you.

Updated Ridge Lines Railroad Rule Book The updated Ridge Lines Railroad Rule Book has been posted to the Info section of the website. The new rule book is dated October 27, 2007. If you have an older version, please download and print the new version. In the near future a pamphlet version of the rule book will be available for downloading. The pamphlet version can be duplex printed then folded and stapled to make a nice booklet. RLS Waiver Form If you've been to a Ridge Live Steamers run day or meet lately you probably signed the new RLS Waiver form before you could ride or operate a train at our facility. This is a new requirement and all non-members must sign a waiver form each time they vist our track. Coming Soon... In the near future, we will be adding the Ridge Live Steamers Annual Boiler Testing procedures to the Info section of the website. A notice will be posted on the main page once it's available. |
