PHOENETIC ALPHABET AND MORSE CODE

In the military, as well as in many other things, the Phoenetic Alphabet is used to distinguish which letter is being said when you are talking. For example, if I wanted to say ABCXYZ19, it would be said as Alpha Bravo Charlie X-ray Yankee Zulu One Niner. You may hear people in movies or in other places that use this. This alphabet is always used in morse code, and when reciting codes in the military. Morse Code is used when it is the only means of communication possible.

The phoenetic alphabet and Morse Code are universal in the US, and in most english-speaking countries. Learning the phoenetic alphabet is not hard once you look over it a few times, but morse code can be difficult to learn quickly.
