Hi! Hope everyone is feeling well! I'm Zhou Jie, it's been a long time since I talk to all of you and I feel so bad about it, I have been thinking of you people all this while. Hm... I've just finished filming Young Justice Bao recently and went to a lot of places for promotion. I partipated in some variety programmes and have been looking at some scripts, now I've settled down, I'll be working with the same director who directed 'Are you lonesome tonight', the name of the serial is 'Zun Dian Chu Ji'. I will be playing the role of a news group leader so a few of us will report on topics that civilians take interest on. We will help them to uphold justice, and are called police who don't wear uniforms, the camera will start rolling on July 27 and will have start to work intensively again. I've specially left a message for all of you this time, hoping that all of you will wait patiently for the broadcast of Young Justice Bao, a few states in China has started showing it, I believe that it'll be pretty soon that it is shown all over in China. I believe Taiwan will be showing it too. I think the filming of 'Zun Dian Chu Ji' will be quite tough too. But I think it will be more relaxing to film a modern serial as the weather is very hot - I won't have to wear thick clothings and wig. I hope my health can take it. I'm very happy that I'm working with my old friends again e.g. director, cameraman, they're all my good friends so I think I will be very happy this time, moreover the filming is done in Beijing, China. 5 August 2000 is coming, 1 August is the 2nd anniversary of our website and 5 August is my birthday. I know a lot of you would love to spend this birthday with me, so do I. We had a video conference done last year, it's quite happy. Although this year we are not able to do a video conference because I need to do filming and it's not nice if I leave the whole cast down for me to go to the Telecommuication Centre. Therefore we are doing a telephone conferencing, I've already applied time off from the director. On that day, we can do a telephone conference, this way, everybody can listen to my voice and I can talk to all of you over the phone, I think this would also be a happy event. I feel that no matter where you are that day, when you think of me and say 'Happy Birthday', I'm sure I'll be able to hear it, I really thank all of you from the bottom of my heart, it's true, this is the best birthday present. I feel very happy when I know that there are a lot of people thinking of me. I can hold on till today regardless of good or bad things, I can take it because of the support from all of you, I thank all of you sincerely. Sometimes I would think of leaving this industry, not to act anymore but later on, I feel that I would disappoint a lot of my fans, therefore I persisted and hold on till today. I feel that ..... to handle all those nitty gritty things like dealing with people, is more difficult than acting. I feel that I am someone simple, rather direct, and my aim is just to act well, to be a better actor but I still have to face several other things. I need to train myself up and I've got everyone to accompany me through these tough times, whatever it is, we managed to walk past throught them all, I feel that basically, we are rather brave, I feel.... quite contented so I feel we are all worthy of it. As for Young Justice Bao, I hope all of you will give me comments after watching it... hm.. do give me a little support and encouragement so I will work harder, act in more serials for all of you... I think this is all I can do for all of you! Hm... I know that Huan Zhu Ge Ge has already been broadcasted in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and USA even in Korea, Indonesia , I heard from my Thai friend that Thailand is also broadcasting Huan Zhu Ge Ge. I feel that .... I did not expect such good response and viewership from all these Asian countries, this shows that everyone do like this serial. I am also very happy that everyone likes the character of Er Kang that I protrayed.. hm.. moreover we've got a couple of fans club in these places, our family is getting bigger and stronger. I feel that all these should be attributed to Auntie Qiong Yau, she wrote such a good script and also to all of us who have been working hard these 2 years. In addition, I feel that.... Taiwan Happyrose website and our fans club has helped a lot because they're the first... the first to set up the site and the fans club so that we could familarise with one another and our family is getting bigger. It's not easy to go through these 2 years, 700 over days so I feel.... all of you will continue to give moral support to one another... whether happy or not happy... we will go through it together. People always say 'It's not possible for people to be perfectly good for a thousand days and flowers will not blossom for a hundred days', I don't believe in it, I feel that we will still be good in a thousand days, a million days. I hope we will move forward together in future and I hope I will have good work to show all of you. I believe all of you will unite together during my absence, when I am not with all of you, I hope that all of you will have a memorable, happy anniversary. A big thank you to all of you, goodbye!
