Dhaniya Mirch Imli Sweet Chutney Mirchi/Green Chilli Tomato Peanut |
ads Recipe of the MonthDhaniya Mirchi ChutneyIngredients: Dhania (Cilantro) 1 bunchGinger Small piece Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 -2 tsp Nibu ka ras (Lime/Lemon Juice) 2 tsp, you can add more to taste Salt as per taste 3-4 green chilies/hari mirch/hari mirchi or more as per taste Asafoetida / Hing 1 pinch
Method Step 1: Wash Dhaniya/Cilantro thoroughly Step 2: Cut the Stem part of Dhaniya and put rest leafy part to the grinder bowl / mixer pot Step 3: Take out stem of Green Chili/hari mirchi and add rest to mixer pot Step 4: Add Ginger Step 5: Cumin seeds (zeera/jeera ) Step 6: Add Hing Step 7: Add Salt Step 8: Add lemon juice Step 9: Grind the above added ingredients Serve with Arhal Dal,Rice or Stuffed Parantha, or any snacks item Tip: Dhaniya,Hari Mirch Chutney is tastier the next day after preparation,so prepare ahead. Still good if made the day to be served. Tip: If lemon juice/ nibbu ka ras is not that effective, you can add Khataiyi/ Amchur Powder, half tps. Also you can try adding Kachcha Aam, Kari as per taste or Kaitha comments |
