Let's get started.
~ * ~
Choose a color from your image .
1 ~ Add a 5px symmetrical border.
Select with your magic wand,
tolerance and feather set to 0.
Fill with your chosen color.
Selections, Invert and apply a Matte Cut Cut Out using EyeCandy 4000, if you have it, or a drop shadow, or leave as is .
2 ~ Add a 20px symmetrical border,
select and fill with your silver pattern,
angle 0, scale 100.
Apply an inner bevel, settings below,
and sharpen once.
3 ~ Repeat step 1 without inverting and adding the cut out.
4 ~ Apply another 20 px border,
select and fill with your 5px border color.
Go to Effects, Reflection Effects, and apply the Kaleidoscope Effect, settings below.
Apply the same inner bevel as step 2.
5 ~ Repeat step 1, again without the cut out.
6 ~Repeat step 2
7 ~ Add a layer and apply your brushes with a drop shadow Opacity 50, blur 5, V & H 2.
