Here are some zip files containing some digital screen tones. For those all who doesn't know or remember the s creen tone is the pattern that the manga artist use to give the impression of depth, set shadows and enhace the lineart.
I suggest to use them in photoshop, open them first and hit CTRL-A (to select the entire image) then EDIT>DEFINE PATTERN and the image will be loaded as a Pattern for further use.
Open the previuosly created image which will be the one where you aply the digital screen tone (pattern before loaded) and then using the lasso tool or the marquee tool select where to aply it. Open a new layer, set it to multiply and choose, EDIT>FILL>PATTERN and the pattern qill be loaded there. The rest is just erasing and correcting the places qhere you don't want to be screen toned. For more info refer to the Tutorial Simulating Screen Tones...
An example of a manga page that I am currently working on it and where I used the digital screen tones.
