The N.T. Womens Aussie Rules Football Association is currently planing to hold the 2003 National Carnival in Darwin as part of the Arafura Games. We believe that including the Championships in with the Arafura Games, which is broadcast and telecast internationally, will provide fantastic exposure for our game which will be beneficial to Women's Football in the future. It will also mean that our games during the Championship will be played in front of a larger crowd than normal resulting in a fantastic atmosphere for us to play in.
