		The council's prmary purpose is to promote social and intellectual intercourse among its members and families, and promote and conduct educational, charitable, religious, and social welfare activities. *Monsignor William E. LaVallee was the Charter Chaplain of the Council. He died March 25, 1976. *Neil F. LaBrake Sr was elected as the first Grand Knight of the Council serving 1967 through 1969.
