NO SHIRT, NO SHOES, NO PROBLEM!     By Jeff Foxworthy.  This Georgia-born computer engineer-turned-hick-humorist has a wonderful viewpoint on Southern life.  As an escapee myself, I can attest to the authenticity of his humor: Yes, my grandmother did chew tobacco and did keep a tin can on the end of her ironing board for spitting into.  In this particular book, the tale about Jeff's little brother, their mother, and the plumbing had me laughing so hard my ribs got sore.  10 humor stars!
