| The Rose Valley Red Sox are the 2008 NWLA's team of the year. They finish slightly ahead of the HRL's Reds for the top spot. The Rose Valley club had little problems winning the CCWA's championship and sweeping the Eastside Expos in the finals. While the Reds and Red Sox played a 7 game series which may go down as the best championship series ever to be played in a wiffleball league. There may be a slight change in the final rankings as the WCWBL is just about finished with their playoffs.
