Wickham Morris is a Morris side based at Wickham in Hampshire. Morris is a form of traditional English folk dance, and Wickham is near the middle of the English south coast.

Wickham Morris welcome you to this site and would love to see you at any of our events - see our diary for our current season. Or please mail us - see our contacts page. Especially if you would like to book us for your event or wish to join us. We dance at pubs, charity events and also for commercial events and each year we raise over a £1000 for charity from these sessions. We meet each Thursday in Wickham and end up singing in the Wheatsheaf at Shedfield - so come and join us at this super pub.

Wickham Morris has been going for quite a time now and we have a history both of us and also about the history of Morris dancing itself. Or if you like your information visually, see our super gallery of pictures of us over the years. Until recently we ran a Junior side, with boys and girls aged 10 to 13 and if we get enough young peole wanting to join in, we would start it up again if at all possible. But meanwhile, see the news of the Swanmore School children who are forming a super side, with a little help from Wickham.

And last but not least - see our dances page for information on the dances and the music we use. We have included a small sample on this page which we recorded. Click here to hear a snippet from our great band
