Full House Bookings: 60 people, Two-Night Minimum and One Month Cancellation Applies Reservation & Cancellation Policy So that we can guarantee reservations, advance full payment, including 9% Vermont rooms tax, is required for all reservations. One month's notice is required for cancellation of group reservations (4 or more rooms), holiday weeks, Fall Foliage Season which begins the third weekend in September and includes all of October, and three-day weekends. One week's notice is required for cancellation of non-holiday, non-group reservations. A $20 per room cancellation fee applies to all refunds. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, nor late cancellations of cot and crib reservations.
