Company 'C' of the 61st Georgia, also known as 'The Brooks Rifles', is a Confederate Reenactment group out of extreme South Central Georgia. The vast majority of it's members are from the Valdosta-Moultrie-Tifton area. (With one notable exception). The company is a family inclusive group. Company 'C' is also a group continually working toward being better soldiers, civilians and teachers of history. We have fun, but we also want to make the period of 1861 to 1865 come alive for young minds, and possibly a few old one's too.
