5/28/06 Today is my daughter's 24th birthday. We went to a all you can eat buffet. I ate a clean vegan plate of food while she had shellfish. A terrible end to her day was when she has shellfish poisoning. She was sick the entire night. I feel so horrible for her!
5/27/06 Watched some horrific slaughterhouse videos provided by PETA today. I'm overwhelmed by the cruelty and the lack of humane conditions! Vegetarianism is the ONLY way for me!
5/24/06 Had my teeth cleaned and the chipped tooth bonded today. Dentists give me cold chills. Yuck!
5/23/06 My Birthday! Today is my b-day I just turned 51. This has been a bitter sweet day. Last night I chipped a tooth and spent the morning in a dentist's chair! I have to go back tomorrow. Other than this, it was wonderful. My friends at RAOK filled my guestbook with gifts and my family threw me a little b-day party.
