| The Boat has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric and gas hob (for high-speed high-heat cooking) an electric barbecue pit, an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer and ice machine. The 2 crew are both skilled cooks who offer Mediterranean / Caribbean / English styles of cuisine, this also includes vegetarian diets (please advise us before hand if this is one of your requirenents). If you want to cook for yourself or your party then you are most welcome to. . As we are on the sea we are partial to using fresh fish, lobster or crab for our lunches and dinners, the lobsters and crab will come from fresh our own pots, the fish will tend to come fresh from the sea. but we are also happy to offer good food that is land sourced. On the Beaux Sun we permanently carry a small stock of 30 bottles of quality wine and a small selection of spirits and mixers. these may or may not be chargeable depending on the charter you desired. Depending on the boats usage, there is seating for a maximum of 10 people around two tables in the dining area. |
