| CHARTER FEES [entire boat reservation] * Extended bookings have a different pricing structure, contact us for a quote. Prices are for up to 10 persons, apart from angling where the maximum is 8 , prices for fishing, diving and cruising are dentical. Charter periods range from 4 hours to as long as you like The minimum charge to charter the entire boat is £300 Evening trips 8.00pm - midnight £350 Night trips 9.00pm - 5.00a.m £500 12 Hours shark fishing = £600.00 14 Hours tuna fishing (only available for 6 weeks from last week in September to 1st week in November) 5 rods maximum, price £700. *Depending on where you wish to go there may be a fuel surcharge. CHARTER FEES [per person] Fishing £50 for inshore fishing , £60 for offshore , £155 for tuna fishing. Rods, Reels and Bait supplied free of charge [tackle lost is chargeable] . BOOKINGS To make an advance booking please: 1. Check availability for your chosen dates by telephone or e-mail. 2. Read the Terms and Conditions of Vessel Charter below. 3. I will send you a reservation form, which you complete and sign it to indicate your understanding and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Charter. 4. You return the form to me to the address indicated, sending your 25% deposit at the same time , payment can be by cheque, (please print your name on the back of any cheque) bank to bank transfer or cash or via paypal , or you can telephone and we can take the payment by credit card. 5. Deposit confirm your places on a first come first served basis, if you have your heart set upon a trip with us book early to avoid disappointment 6. We will confirm your booking by e-mail or post and issue you with a receipt. 7. If any on the the day last minute bookings are available they must be paid for in cash or by credit card. Sea Angling Charter Terms and Conditions and Safety 1. Instructions or advice given by the skipper or crew on matters of safety must be observed by all on board at all times. 2. Clients must also take all reasonable precautions for their own and others safety. 3. Safety procedures must be observed at all times. The Skipper’s decision is final in all matters relating to the vessel and its equipment. 4. Neither the skipper nor crew accept any liability for any accident or injury caused by passengers on board the vessel engaged in fishing, angling, sightseeing or similar activities caused by the actions of any other passenger on board. 5. Children under the age of 12 may be carried but must be under supervision and the responsibility of parents or guardians at all times. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION For advance booking a deposit of 25% of the full fee must be paid with the sea angling charter reservation to secure the date(s). The remaining balance will be payable 4 weeks prior to the commencement of charter. Where a client cancels the charter more than 4 weeks to the first day of charter any deposit will be refunded less £100 administration charge. Where a client cancels the charter more than 2 weeks to the first day of charter any payment will be refunded in the amount of 50%. Where a client cancels the charter less than 14 days to the first day of charter , no amount will be refunded . If due to circumstances beyond my control the charter booked cannot be provided a suitable alternative date can be arranged or alternatively a full refund will be given to the client. GENERAL EXCLUSIONS While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure quality charters for the client, I do not accept any responsibility for any circumstances out with my control for example, tides, feeding patterns of fish and unexpected changes in weather conditions. Where the vessel is chartered to fish for a specific purpose and weather or other conditions prevent this, the charterer will make every effort to provide a safe alternative trip. The client will have no further claim against me. I shall not be liable for any death, injury or damage, loss, delay or irregularity which may be caused by persons or conditions beyond with control . Any breakages, loss of equipment provided or damage caused on board as a result of client’s mis-behaviour, irresponsibility or carelessness will be charged to the client. The skipper reserves the right to accept or refuse any charter or individual angler. The laws of Scotland shall govern any legal action or proceedings arising out of or connected with this contract. Note that for safety reasons it is not always possible to complete a card transaction whilst at sea, if not possible we will advise a better time to call back and will hold your places until that time. Tickets can also be purchased at the Tourist Information Centre in Oban, Lochgilphead, and Inveraray. Or turn up on the day on the chance of spaces still being available. Gift vouchers for trips are also available. |
