The back dunes rise about 20 feet above sea level giving Pelican Hill a fantastic vantage of the front dunes and the beach. The wide porch is on the 2nd floor adding another 12 feet to the view. Sitting just 1 block from the beach, visitors have an easy 2 minute stroll to the beach on-ramp formed by Matanzas Avenue Ramp (St Augustine Beach is a driving beach). |
