Let me start by telling you about my experiences in the Society. I started playing eight short years ago in the Shire of Western Keep, mundanely Brookings SD, during my college years. In the late winter of AS XXXV I moved to the Shire of Schattentor, and have remained here except for short absences of searching for myself.
In this short time of playing I have had the great honor of holding several shire offices, and as highlights I have twice been honored to serve as consort to gentles fighting in Coronet Tourneys. I am currently serving as MOAS for the Shire of Schattentor. My most current A&S "project" is my son MacBron (MKA Everett). He is without doubt the coolest thing I've ever made!

I have tried Illumination and Calligraphy, and I find that I prefer the Calligraphy. This should help to balance my shire as we have several gentles who prefer Illumination.
I have also done some sewing, mainly to create my own garb. I have several outfits which are wearable but not finished. You can view these here.

Lately I've been researching period chldren's toys, so that MacBron can play with period toys at events. I should be getting some of those done soon.
I dream of one day sewing my own pavillion. A grand project; but first I'm working on getting most of my inside-the-pavillion stuff period first, as that is easier to nickel and dime into.
