FAMILY CAMPOUT

July 11, 12, 13 Lake Minatare

Summer has finally arrived an dit is time to cool off with a family campout at Lake Minatare.  Pack up your gear and meet up with your fellow homeschoolers.  Come out for the day or stay the weekend. Primitive camping is $6.00 per night.  Electric is $15.00.  You may reserve electric sites by logging on to www.reserveamerica.com or by calling Lake Minatare.  All vehicles entering Lake Minatare must have a park permit.  You can purchase a daily permit for $4.00 from the park office or the iron ranger.  Pick up an annual park permit for $20.00 at Wal-mart or any state park office. There are flush toilets and a show house just down the road from our reserved campsite.  An outhouse is within walking distance.  Plan your own meals.  Pack your own gear and don't forget to bring your bug spray and sunscreen too!
