The Cultural Experience

african_flags.jpg (2179 bytes)

Fale is a group of individuals dedicated to teaching, performing, and promoting traditional West African Drum and Dance throughout Northern Colorado.  All are welcome to join us for dancing, drumming, and sharing.

Philosophy: Falé means “bridge” in the Susu language of Guinea (Yankadi, Guinee Fare, Djole, etc). This bridge helps to bring all walks of people together. Its foundation is built upon respect and value for traditional African culture. The bridge of community is sustained and enriched by everyone who shares, studies, and celebrates this rich culture.
