Men and Women Sweep Conference Championships
    The Wesleyan Bobcats traveled to Wheeling on April 25 and 26 and for the WVIAC championships and returned with lots of new hardware. Among these are Men's and Women's championships trophies. Both teams dominated the field and won easily. The spread from 1st to 2nd for the guys was 84 and the women's spread was an impressive 107 points. Also included in the awards were seven individual trophies, including two for Jesse Skiles for Coach of the Year for the men and women, two for freshman Josh Natali for Rookie of the Year and guy's MVP, two for junior Frances Carvajal for girl's MVP and Field Athlete of the Year, and one for senior Kelly Terhune for Track Athlete of the Year. Women Win Conference Championship
      The West Virginia Wesleyan women's cross country team successfully defended their title at Camp Virgil Tate, beating the very talented Charleston team 43 - 56. The guys also had a very good showing, finishing tied for third after being ranked fifth going into the meet. Results have been posted and pictures will be posted before long.

      I have been getting a lot of requests to put the track records onto this website. Well guess what, they've been on here all along. The link to the left labeled "History" contains indoor and outdoor track records for both men and women. It also includes all of the All-Conference runners that Wesleyan has had in cross country over the years and also where the cross country teams have finished in the conference each year. Enjoy!!!
