"Having another tract of land,1490 acres of land in the State of Virginia and in Buchanan County
on the Grassey Creek on 4 survey adjoining another on the right hand fork and left hand fork of said
right hand fork of Grassey Creek, beginning on the said left hand fork of said creek just above Lazarus Hunts
Plantation on the right hand side of the creek in a small flat on said creek marked "A" and No. 48 thense
crossing the creek to a Beech marked "B" and No. 48 at the mouth of a branch crossing the line of the
400 acres tract of land straight forward to the back line of the 397 acres thence beginning at the aforesaid
Beech Marked "A" and No 48, thence runnigma South course straight across the 400 acre tract to the
397 acre tract and with the line of the same to the other line,"
"I give a portion of the above tract or parcel of land unto my Daughters, to wit-
NANCY BELCHER AND EASTER STEWART,
that is to say I give unto NANCY BELCHER her part, beginning at the beginning corner
of the survey and running with the line thereof and Potters to the State line and with the State
line up Grassey Creek to where the line crosses the low fork of said creek, down the creek
to the mouth, then crossing the main creek and up the point of the ridge straight to the dividing
ridge between Grassey and Beaver Creek, thense N-45 W--crossing the survey to the back line
and with the line thereof back to the beginning to the said Nancy Belcher her body forever."
