It is an animated gif, it takes a while to load, but you have to look at it the first time around, b/c on the subsequent playings it goes too fast for you to see anything. What it is, I don't know. I think it's Queen Galactia(?) after she's trapped Chaos inside her, fighting Queen Serenity.
