Tube Amps for Beginners

As a new beginner to the tube audio world, I've been struggling to find the necessary information to learn more about this great old hobby through web surfing and my local bookstore. There are many great Tube sites on the web, but a majority of them pertain to technical information way above my level. Anyhow I decided to construct this web site to help other beginners like me test the waters and possibly develop a facination with tube audio.

Since I've decided to purchase a Dynaco ST-70 as my first tube amp, the majority of information on this site will pertain to information I've accumulated on this product. If you have any information like mods, history, recommendations on the ST-70 or any other tube amp that might help the beginner please don't hesitste to contact me!
