Welcome to the Pictou County Weekend Market.
We are located in the New Caledonian Curling Club on Pictou's Historic waterfront. We are open weekends only except during special festivals.
We have a Lobster Carnival in our Town . The Curling Club serves Lobster dinners during that time. Each dinner includes a 1 pound lobster in the shell, potato salad, tomatoes, cukes, roll, beverage and strawberry shortcake. All this for one small fee.
Many of our vendors enjoy the dinner during that time.
We have a large variety of crafts in the Market 95 % made in Nova Scotia. We also have a large consignment booth and fresh veggies in season. New in 2006 are the Bavarian Meat shop, a First Nations booth , the Wlash's, Gloria's weathered wood crafts and much more.
