Here are some pictures of the renovation of the newly accquired Baha'i Center.
This sign was made in the early 1970's by well known Savannah Artist and Baha'i, the late Mr. William Pleasant Jr., and was used at the old Baha'i Center.
It is routed on three pieces of hardwood, pegged together, varnished and painted.
Martin Rudolph has recently refurbished it, and it will soon adorn one wall of the outside of the new Baha'i Unity Center
Tahirih, outside the Baha'i Center. Work on the exterior has not yet begun.
Inside the first room. The new ceiling and lights are in place. Carpet and tiles are yet to come.
The main room has ceramic tiles in place (bottom). The old carpet and tiles have been taken off. The new carpet is yet to come.
