411TH CIVIL AFFAIRS BATTALION (GP)
SECURE THE VICTORY
The 411th Civil Affairs Battalion located in Danbury, CT is an Army Reserve Unit dedicated to securing the victory.  The unit is responsible for six civil affairs activities- foreign nation support, population and resource control, humanitarian assistance, military civic action, emergency services and civil administration.  Soldiers of the battalion have served and are serving overseas in Iraq and prior to this action have been deployed to the Former Yugoslavia, Cuba and on exercises in several NATO countries.  Soldiers of the battalion also participated in post 9-11 recovery efforts in NYC.
