Bee Balm Herb Cake

I only make this cake in the summer months. Bee balm is a flowering herb, and I grow it in my garden in the summer. You may also get bee balm at a herbalist. Only use dry-air petals

3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup milk
3/4 cup canola oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup loosely packed bee balm petals, rinsed and air-dried

Preheat heat oven 350º. Grease bundt pan.

In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, milk, oil and eggs. Stir in bee balm petals.

Pour batter into pan. Bake for about one hour.

Cool 10 minutes in pan
