• 10 oz package chopped frozen spinach
• 1 can Pastene artichokes, drained
• 1 cup Mayonnaise
• 1 cup Parmesan
• 1 bud garlic (minced or chopped fine)

Defrost spinach & squeeze well - almost dry. Chop artichokes.

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well with wooden spoon.

Pat into pie plate. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.

Serve with Triscuits or whatever cracker you fancy.
