Baked Vegetable And Seafood Wontons


Set oven at 350º

In bowl, combine vegetable soup mix, ricotta cheese, crabmeat, garlic powder and pepper. Place 1 Tbsp. ricotta mixture on center of each wonton. Brush edges with water, fold corners into center. Press to seal.

Place on lightly greased cookie sheets, brush with oil. Bake 30 minutes or until crisp and golden brown, turning once



Note: Cover filled wontons with damp cloth until ready to bake, then brush with oil. If not the wontons will dry out...Enjoy...
