• 1 10 ounce Stick Cracker Barrel cheddar in the Black Wrapper (works best)
• 1 Medium onion
• 8 slices raw bacon
• Dark Pumpernickel bread or the small bread pumpernickel rounds (I use)

Put cheese, onion and bacon thru meat grinder. Combine well and spread on pumpernickel

Broil 'til bubbly and lightly browned

If using large bread, cut into small canape size pieces (I use my pizza cutter) and serve hot. Watch them disappear!
