• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 4 ounces blue cheese
• 2 scallions, chopped

In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream. Crumble in the blue cheese and add the scallions
