Peppy Bean Dip


Blend together refried beans and sour cream.

Finely chop the jalapeno peppers; mix well with bean mixture.

Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onion, if desired.

Serve with broken tostada shells for dippers.
