Blue Cheese Ball
1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
3 4-oz. cakes blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 C. butter, softened
1 small can ripe olives, chopped fine
1 T. minced chives
1/8 t. garlic salt or powder
Chopped walnuts or Pecans
Mix together first 6 ingredients and chill slightly; then form into a ball on waxed paper and refrigerate overnight.
Roll in nuts one hour before serving.
Serve with assorted crackers.
