Cranberry Salsa

Cranberry Salsa

2 c chopped cranberries, fresh or previously frozen and defrosted
1/4 c chopped jalapeno chilies, fresh or canned and drained
1/4 c chopped scallions
1 T lime juice
2 t olive oil
1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 t dried oregano
1/4 t salt to taste
Stir all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days
Serve cold

Makes 2 cups
