- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/4 pound Maytag Blue cheese
- 1 cans drained artichokes, drained, cut into quarters (not pickled)
Melt butter & cheese, mixing well. Add artichokes & heat.
Serve in chafing dish or small crock pot.
(artichoke hearts may be substituted or combine the two.) Don't forget the party picks
