Artichoke Balls
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Cup Italian breadcrumbs
3/4 Cup grated Italian Parmesan cheese
3/4 Cup olive oil
Wash and drain artichoke hearts
Mix all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour
Shape into balls and roll in Parmesan cheese
Serve at room temperature
