Bacon and Smoked Oysters
2 cans smoked oysters
1/2 lb. bacon
3 Tbl. Garlic
Oil and Toothpicks
Cut the bacon strips into thirds.
Wrap a slice around each oyster, and put a toothpick in to hold together.
Heat oil to medium in a skillet, and add garlic.
Cook the wrapped oysters until the bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towels.
