Cordon Blue Casserole
4 chicken breasts, boned & cut in half
1/2 lb shaved ham
4 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed stuffing mix
Layer chicken, ham and cheese in buttered casserole dish
Mix soup and water and pour over cheese
Combine butter and stuffing mix and sprinkle over top
Bake at 325° for 2 hours
