King Ranch Chicken Casserole
4 lb chicken (cooked and boned)
8 oz spaghetti
1/2 lb oleo
1 C flour
1 qt milk
1/2 lb American cheese
1/2 lb old English cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C celery
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 stick oleo
1 c Ritz cracker crumbs
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
Make a white sauce from the oleo, flour and milk.
Add the cheeses and soup.
Cook the celery, pepper and onion in water until tender and mix together with all other ingredients.
Melt 1 stick oleo and add the crumbs to the oleo.
Add these to the top of the casserole before baking.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
