Artichoke Snacks
'These are delicious and make a pretty presentation'
2 or 3 artichokes (depends on size)
cream cheese
baby cooked shrimp (salad kind)
Cook artichokes till done; cool
Separate leaves and put 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cream cheese in a small round at the edible end of artichoke leaf
Top cream cheese with a single shrimp
Arrange leaves on platter to serve
