Artichoke-Spinach Dip
14 oz. can of Artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
1 1/4 C mayonnaise
1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 C grated Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl
Put mixture in ungreased 9 inch pie pan or 1 quart casserole
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes until browned and bubbly
Serve on tortilla chips or crackers
