Baked Tortellini Oriental
A great appetizer and it's low cal - only 39 calories for 4!!
1 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp Oriental sesame oil
1 pkg. (9-oz.) fresh* meat-filled tortellini, freshly cooked and drained
Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a medium-sized bowl
Add warm tortellini and turn gently to coat
Cover, refrigerate until ready to bake, up to 24 hours
Heat oven to 425
Line a large baking sheet with foil
Spread tortellini on foil
Bake 17 minutes or until edges are golden brown
Serve hot as finger food or with cocktail picks
*You can cook frozen or dried tortellini instead of fresh
