Artichoke-Crab Spread
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
2/3 cup swiss cheese (shredded or finely diced)
1/4 cup green onion
1 can artichoke hearts (drained)
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1 pkg. mock crab
Heat at 400 until bubbly
Serve with Italian /french bread or your favorite cracker
Use a glass pie plate or an 8 X 8.
*If you can't find Budding...get 1/4 lb. corned beef (red) at deli and mince it
