Beef-Cream Cheese Spread
3-4 pkgs. "Budding" corned beef (diced)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup diced onion
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix together and pour into a round pie dish (glass)
Sprinkle top with un-shelled sunflower seeds
Bake at 400 until bubbly
Serve with rye rounds, fancy crackers, etc.
