In mixing bowl, combine artichokes, chilies, cheese, mayonnaise, &
mustard. (May be prepared up to this point & kept covered in fridge for
several days before using)
When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350º
Split English muffins & spread mixture on each half.
Bake for 30 minutes until browned.
Cut each half into quarters & serve as bite size pieces.
Muffin halves may be served whole as a luncheon entree.
