My name is Angela Beaumont-Thomas I run a private practice in Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent I not only treat private clients but also practice in the community via youth clubs, middle aged health and fitness groups ect

I treat people from all walks of life that may be suffering from all kinds of conditions from stress related disorders, muscular aches and pains to more serious ailments like Multiple sclerosis and Cancer.

I gained all my qualifications at Stoke-on-Trent College over a five-year period. This involved studying for several qualifications at the same time. After gaining qualifications to diploma level in Aromatherapy which incorporated anatomy, physiology and Swedish body massage. I then went on to gain qualifications in Advanced Aromatherapy, which gives a deeper understanding and knowledge of essential oils and how they affect the human body. I also took further studies in Advanced massage, which included Deep tissue Neuromuscular massage.

I also gained qualifications to Diploma level in Reflexology and Indian Head massage. During this time I also took courses in massage for cancer suffers

In connection with Staffordshire University l then studied for two years gaining an H.N.C. in all aspects of complementary therapies. This qualification covered an in-depth knowledge of the chemical make up of essential oils and how these individual chemicals contained to varying degrees in each essential oil and how they interact with each other, the knowledge of which enables the practitioner to effect the best possible treatment for the individual.

This qualification also covers alternative therapies Ayurveda the ancient Indian philosophy of healing and health care, which is still practiced today. Psychology, Hands on Healing, cytology and microbiology, ethics and accountability, human nutrition metabolism diet and much more.
