Interested in learning more about growing magnificent, colorful dahlias?
The Washington State Dahlia Society offers a variety of activities designed to help even the novice gardener achieve success.
Meetings are usually held the third Monday of each month at 7:30 at the
Fircrest Community Center.
Visitors are always welcome - so drop by and get acquainted! It's a great way to meet other dahlia enthusiasts and learn more about growing dahlias, storing tubers, where to get the really good varieties, show competition, and more!
Our members are a knowledgeable, enthusiastic group and are always happy to answer questions ranging from simple to advanced cultivation techniques.
Our monthly meetings feature informative presentations by experienced growers covering all aspects of growing exhibition quality dahlias.

June 15th meeting Fircrest Community Center at 7:30 pm.
The July 20th meeting we will be demonstrating the process of staging blooms. Single, triple and five-bloom entries. We will have a demonstration for putting together a basket of dahlias.
For our August Meeting we will have a guest speaker from Sluggo-Plus products describing the new products for insect and pest control in our gardens.
Anyone desiring a mentor please let us know so we can find one of our members to help you. We can answer questions and just give general encouragement
