This tutorial was written in PSP9, but you can use other versions.
This tutorial was written for Intermediate to Advanced.
What You Will Need:
Paint Shop Pro. You can download a Trial Version

My bashfulballerina.pspimage. You can download the zip file here.
A Basic knowledge of the tools in PSP.
Open the .pspimage in PSP. Shift D and close the original so you can use it again. The
canvas will be blank. I have named the layers for you and you will load the
Selections from Alpha Channel.
You can use my colors or choose your own. SAVE OFTEN
I like to fill my background with white or a color so I can see what I'm doing.

In your layer palette click on the right leg layer to activate it. Go to Selections -
Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Alpha Channel. Choose rightleg and then click
on Load. Flood Fill the leg with #CCB69C. Selections - Float. Effects - 3D Effects -
Cutout - Vertical and Horizontal 0, Opacity 100, Blur 75, Shadow Color #896B47. Select
None. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise, Uniform 10%, Monochrome checked.
You will select each layer and load the selection from Alpha Channel, Float, and apply
a Cutout and add noise on the fur layers so I won't repeat most of this.

Activate right shoe layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with Blue #8FB0C7. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 25 and Shadow Color to #3E627C. Select None.

Activate leftleg layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 75 and Shadow Color to #896B47. Select None. Apply 10% Noise.

Activate leftshoe layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with Blue #8FB0C7. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 25 and Shadow Color to #3E627C. Select None.

Activate body layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 85 and Shadow Color to #896B47. Select None. Add Noise.

Activate ears layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 25. Select None. Add Noise.

Activate innerear layer. Load Selection from Alpha (It's the very last selection...sorry I
got it out of order :) ). Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout, changing the Blur to 55. Select
None.Add Noise.

Activate head layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 65. Select None. Add Noise.

Activate skirt layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with Blue #8FB0C7. Don't deselect.
New Layer and use Air Brush - Round, Size 25, Hardness 7, Step 24, Density 40, Thickness
100, Rotation 0, Opacity 15, Color #3E627C. Spray some lines for the folds of the skirt.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 10. Select None.

Activate waistband layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with Blue #8FB0C7. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 5 and Shadow Color to #3E627C. Select None.

Activate rightarm layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 65 and Shadow Color to #896B47. Select None. Add Noise.

Activate leftarm layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 65. Select None. Add Noise.

Activate tongue layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #DA9076. Select None.

Activate lip layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 7. Select None. Don't add Noise.

Activate rightmuzzle layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 65. Select None. Add Noise.

Activate leftmuzzle layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 65. Select None. Add Noise.

Activate nose layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with Black. Inner Bevel - Round
preset. Select None.

Activate eyes layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with #CCB69C. Float. Cutout,
changing the Blur to 15. Select None. Don't add Noise.

Activate eyelashes layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with Black, click a couple of
times to darken. Select None.

Activate blueflowersribbon layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with Blue #8FB0C7. Float.
Cutout, changing the Blur to 10 and Shadow Color to #3E627C. Select None. Don't add
Noise.

Activate whiteflowers layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with White. Float. Cutout,
changing Shadow Color to #DEDBC8. Select None. Don't add Noise

Activate pinkflowers layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with Pink #E3D5D5. Float. Cutout,
changing Shadow Color to #9B6767. Select None.

Activate necklace layer. Load Selection from Alpha. Fill with White. Effects - Texture
Effects - Sculpture - Pattern any gold tile, Smoothness 13, Depth 14, Ambience 30,
Shininess 63, Color White, Angle 193, Intensity 41, Elevation 82. Select None.

New Layer. Paint Brush - default settings. Change size to 5. With Yellow #E9DE9F. Make a
center on the flower on the shoe. Change your brush size to 10 and make centers on the
flowers on her head. Selections - Select All. Selections - Float. Cutout - change Blur to
3 and Shadow Color to #8F7E21. Select None.

Activate head layer. Selections - Select All. Selections - Float. New Layer. Air
Brush - same settings as before. With #DA9076 spray some color for her cheeks. Gaussian
Blur 10. Select None.

Activate rightmuzzle layer. Selections - Select All. Selections - Float. New Layer. Air
Brush - spray some white for highlights. Select None. Repeat for leftmuzzle
layer.

Activate top layer. Add a New Layer. With Black and Paint Brush at size 2 - make some
dots on each side of the muzzle.
You are finished!! If you want to change anything or add any drop shadows do so now. Merge
Visible when you are satisfied with your Bear. You can make her into a tube to use later.
