We rent our villa for max. 6 persons in Menorca - South Coast ( on request also during the winter period ) located near the capital Mahòn and the International Airport. Situated in a quiet residential area of great beauty and uniqueness at the southeast of the island. For those who seek peace and tranquillity off the tourist tracks. Near the spectacular Necropolis with 90 burial stone caves which were excavated in the beach cliffs from the first settlers during the Stone Age. Just a short walk from the villa down to the Mediterranean Sea and the famous caves.

The villa consists of 145 m2 construction, totally furnished and well equipped. 850 m2 private sheltered sunny garden with palm- trees, lemon- trees, peach- trees, tamarinds and olive- trees. The Villa is overlooking the country- side and has some sea views- situated some minutes from the sandy beaches of Cala´n Porter and Son Bou or the cliffs of Cales Coves at the Mediterranean. Right beside the main road are restaurants. Supermarkets, coffee- shops, bars, banks, ebank, farmacies, grocery stores, car rentals are in San Climent 2km on the main road to Mahón or at the airport. A simple tennis court for free use for all residents is in walking distance, a public telefone box for International Calls 100m and a bus stop 200m away on the main road. Several Scuba Diving Centers within 5km distance. The sea water quality is excellent and provides u/w visibility up to 40m!!

The property will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, and linen changed included for those who stay in excess of one week. We can also provide a maid for an interim clean which will be charged during your holiday. Pool service twice a week, gardener once a week. We provide information - booklets in the house about all points of interest of Menorca and some useful hints.

No pets allowed! Maximum are 6 persons! (incl. children! > see rates!)

A car is recommended. Self- catering! Ideal for the happy and unconcerned family holiday.

We can also provide baby cots, high chairs , food packages or wheel chairs for a small rental fee when you advise us prior to your arrival! (See Weekly Rates!). Menorca and the other Balearic Islands have over 320 days of sun a year, so due to the lack of rain it may come to water shortages during very hot periods which is beyond of our control and have nothing to deal with the villa´s maintenance!
